I did a hard reset on my router. I get connection, but when I go to 192.168.1.1 the page the loads is blank after I log in. I tried on my Windows PC, 2 samsung phones, chrome, internet explorer, edge, samsung internet and all just show a white top and grey bottom screen. See attached. I can get to 192.168.1.1/debug.htm and I have full connection. To make sure that 192.168.1.1 is the default IP address of your router and that you are not making a mistake by going to the wrong website. 1) On your keyboard, press Windows key and R at the same time, and then type in cmd and hit Enter. 2) Type in ipconfig and you will see a list of items popping up. Locate the category of Default Gateway. It Is it 192.168.1.1? If not, point your browser to the Default Gateway Address, and try again to enter your router.
